• Local Processing: Image processing in browser, no upload required
• Ad Supported: Some advanced features (like 4x export) require watching brief ads

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Legal Usage

You agree to use Beads Studio in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must NOT:

• Upload illegal, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or other inappropriate content
• Infringe others' intellectual property (e.g., copyrighted images)
• Use for commercial mass production without authorization
• Reverse engineer, crack, or attack website functionality
• Use tools for automatic scraping or bulk operations

2.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all images and content you upload
• We don't review uploaded content (it's all processed locally)
• We assume no legal liability for your uploaded content

2.3 Device and Network

• Maintain your own device and network environment
• Use modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.)
• We're not liable for issues from browser incompatibility

3. Intellectual Property

Beads Studio's website design, code, algorithms, brand logos, and all content (excluding user-generated) are owned by us or licensors, protected by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws.

Brand palette data (like Mard, Hama, Perler) is for reference only, collected from publicly available information. If you're an official brand representative with concerns about data usage, please contact us.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain service stability but cannot guarantee 100% availability
• May be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, force majeure
• No guarantee of bug-free service; we'll fix issues ASAP

4.2 Result Accuracy

• Bead pattern generation involves algorithmic conversion, results may differ from originals
• Color matching uses palette approximation, may not be 100% accurate
• Recommend manually verifying exported patterns before actual creation

4.3 Third-party Services

• We integrate third-party services (Google Analytics, AdSense, Gemini API), each governed by their own terms
• Not liable for issues caused by third-party services

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for:

• Direct losses: Data loss, image quality degradation, conversion errors
• Indirect losses: Opportunity cost, profit loss, reputation damage

• Pure Mode is a privilege, not a right; we can modify terms anytime
• Redemption codes are non-transferable and non-refundable
